We continuously research late careers, retirements and related areas of social science, psychology and leadership.

The sessions we run are practical backed by studies, statistics with sprinkles of creativity added in. 

Our tool-kits  have been developed from an understanding of leadership and management models - ones we have taught over many years. 

We draw on ideas from sources including;-

• academic papers from institutions including Harvard and London School of Economics
• government reports, books, journals
• TED videos, podcasts, educational programmes
• links with specialist bodies and associations
• interviewing people in the ‘R’ Zone
• speaking with thought leaders from this area
• interviewing employers
• taking educational courses

Our approach is not to share volume, but to support developments with selective insights and perspectives.
